In the City of Vernon, British Columbia, BAR Engineering was hired to design a 28-lot residential strata development. This development required the site to be serviced with water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. The development activity included lot grading, construction of swales, concrete curb and gutter and asphalt concrete pavement roadway as well. Additionally, shallow utility installation (including hydro, Shaw, Telus, and gas) was also completed.
